What I Do?

I had always been involved in various sports and athletic activities growing up. These included anything from skateboarding, breakdancing, track and field, and basketball. I quickly found my passion in the manual therapy field when volunteering as a Student Trainer for the Brock Men’s Hockey Team. Upon completing my undergraduate in Kinesiology, I continued my passion in different multidisciplinary clinics as both a Physiotherapist Assistant and a Chiropractic Assistant. However, as the years passed by, I quickly realized that I could be doing more for my patients. My search into the many different professions of manual therapy led me down the path of Osteopathy.

I Believe

My goal is to align the patient’s body through its compensation pattern to aid it in its self-healing capabilities for faster recovery from injuries

Q & A With Kevin

I have my certification in M.OMSc and B.Kin

A full-body approach to both the posture and biomechanics of the body. Removing the anatomical obstructions in the compensation pattern of the body will help improve neurovascular flow to the areas that are in pain.

This includes but is not limited to myofascial release, soft/deep tissue release, Chapman’s point release, strain-counterstain techniques, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations + joint play, and craniosacral therapy.

Yes. I believe Osteopathy can work alongside any modality to give the patient a complete care plan.
