What I do?

I graduated with a Kinesiology degree from the University of Western Ontario. I continued my studies at Western in the field of Pedorthics through the apprenticeship program. I was first introduced to Pedorthics as a patient due to many lower limb injuries playing competitive hockey, lacrosse, and golf. Pedorthics treatment helped me get back to a pain-free lifestyle and my goal is to help others achieve the same. I believe these personal experiences enable me to relate and empathize with each of my patients. As a Pedorthist, I offer a comprehensive biomechanical assessment and gait analysis for all ages. My services include custom-made orthotics, orthopaedic footwear, bracing and compression sock therapy. My goal is to educate the community on the importance of foot health and alleviate lower limb pain so each patient can maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Outside of work, you can find me on the golf course or on the slopes with family and friends!
