Accepting new clientsExpertise
I hold a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from Riverside College in the Philippines and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in Pennsylvania. Since 2018, I have been practicing as a Physical Therapist in New York, where I treat a wide range of conditions in orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, sports injuries, and women's health.
My approach is patient-centered, focusing on improving quality of life and optimizing function through personalized treatment plans. I utilize evidence-based exercise plans, manual therapy techniques, and patient education to address each individual's specific needs and goals.
Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about staying active through hiking, running, and trying new physical activities. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants, experimenting with cooking, and unwinding with a good movie.
I believe in empowering individuals to actively engage in their recovery and well-being by promoting physical activity that fosters healing, and long-term health. Through personalized care, education, and support, I am committed to assisting patients in reaching their goals.

My areas of specialty include orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, running related injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, persistent pain, and post operative rehabilitation. I treat conditions affecting the spine and upper and lower extremities, including joint, muscle, and tendon injuries, and tailor treatment to each person’s goals and activity demands.

My focus is not only on reducing symptoms, but also on improving function, rebuilding confidence in movement, and giving you the tools to make progress both inside and outside the clinic.
