What I Do?
Since 2012, my mission has always been to help people. Initially, I started as a yoga instructor, guiding others into gently stretching the body effectively through group and private classes. In 2021, I became a Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist. FST has many benefits and can significantly optimize the body’s overall performance. Working with many different bodies and injuries, I have found through my experience that sometimes all the body needs is a great stretch. We hold onto so much in the mind and body that we don’t realize how restricted we are. Fascial Stretch Therapy can holp to decrease/eliminate pain, increase range of motion, improve blood flow, calm the nervous system and reducing stress while helping the body to move more freely. FST helps to create more space in the body, so it can move the way you intend it to move.
Outside of the clinic, I love to spend time at home with my hubby and 4 kiddies, go on adventures and eat amazing food.
To help improve the overall health and well-being of others, ultimately becoming the best versions of themselves.
