What I Do?
I have been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist for over 14 years. Annie completed her massage program at Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in 2008, and is registered as a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
My practice includes a patient-centered model, which values multidisciplinary care and focuses on overall patient health. Her goal is to provide an effective massage therapy treatment which will improve her patient’s movement goals and help improve their over-all life.
Annie has additional training and experience working with pre-natal and post-natal mothers, baby/infant massages and cupping. I am also a trained doula.
Outside of clinic, I have a passion for photography and love to spend time baking.

I believe pain is not just only physically, it can be due to stress and psychological reasons, massage therapy can help both physically and psychologically
